Longevity We have been selling software for Equipment and Facilities maintenance for over 20 years. The original KeepTraK program was written in Dartmouth Basic. The program then evolved through Paradox and Dbase versions before being written in VBA and Microsoft Access. Most of the program as it exists today is because of customer input. You can customize dropdowns You can also edit dropdowns for your specific needs and terminology Duplicating Data When entering new records, you can call up an existing record and modify it to save it as a new record. This feature can save you a tremendous amount of retyping time. Catalog The Catalog Feature is like a company organization chart, where the top box is the site or company name. Under the site or company name is a list of the departments or locations of your company. Under the departments/locations, is equipment or groups. The Catalog is a series of drop downs describing your company structure to the KMaint application. The Catalog is the key component making the application extremely easy to use. A little time spent entering your structure into the Catalog, pays off in a big way. Users can be trained in just a few minutes! This unique approach has been used by KeepTraK for over 20 years. Catalog Report Preview and print a report that shows in outline format all your facilities and equipment you will be working with. Preventive Maintenance (PM, Scheduled Tasks) Create maintenance tasks to be performed on a repeat basis. You can create multiple PMs for any piece of equipment or facility. No need to worry about forgetting anything our program lets you know. PM's can also be scheduled for cycles, hours and mileage readings. PM Reporting Each KMaint application allows you to preview or print out every piece of equipment that is due, overdue, or urgent for preventive maintenance, on a date or in a date range. Commonly used reports at the click of your mouse. PM Custom Reporting Custom report builder allows you to design reports based on criteria you choose. Simple and easy to use. Reports for Hospital Joint Commission compliance Simple comprehensive reports to quickly and efficiently get the data you need. KeepTraK understands the needs of JACHO compliance software. We have simple quick to produce reports listing what you have, what is done and when, as well as completion history reports to show compliance for Hospital and Care Facility Joint Commission Preventive Maintenance. Various agency reports KeepTrak software produces reports that are required by many other agencies. AIB (American Institute of Bakeries maintenance software) OSHA maintenance software, Water treatment Plant maintenance software. etc all have needs which are filled by the reporting capabilities of our software. PM History Report showing PM completion history who did, when, parts used, notes etc. Lock-out/Tag-out You can write Lock-out/Tag-out or safety procedures to meet OSHA or ISO requirements. Lock-out Tag-out information is printed on PM work requests. Write these procedures once and copy to the PM info section of all related PM records. Work Requests (Logs) Quickly and easily create work requests. You can update and append work request as well as change status and urgency. KeepTrak of what is going on in the workplace. Store what the issue is what was done by who what parts were used as well as costs and labor. Sixteen different status flags can be applied to a Log like “ASAP Order Parts”, “Completed”, or “Urgent Down”. Log Reporting Use our already created reports or create your own using our Custom Report Builder. For example you can with a couple mouse clicks get a report that shows all "Open" Work Requests, or, all work orders generated between specified dates or times. Custom Log Reports Use Custom Report Builder to quickly create reports based on location, equipment, time person, word or phrase etc. etc. the possibilities are endless. Parts Inventory Use this area of the program to find, order, enter new, modify and work with parts and inventory of the same. Enter new parts Easily enter new parts. You can use dropdowns to attach parts to equipment, facilities etc. Have up to three vendors for a part for backup. Set inventory levels, reorder points, make comments and give storage location etc. Purchase orders Quickly create a purchase order with only a few clicks. KeepTraK easily handles multiple POs with multiple items on each. Also POs with items on backorder are accounted for. Parts Reporting A number of reports in parts let you track inventory, parts used, categories of parts, parts to reorder etc.
