The Catalog Feature is like a company organization chart, where the top box is the site or company name. Under the site or company name is a list of the departments or locations of your company. Under the departments/locations, is equipment or groups. The Catalog is a series of drop downs describing your company structure to the KMaint application. The Catalog is the key component making the application extremely easy to use. A little time spent entering your structure into the Catalog, pays off in a big way. Users can be trained in just a few minutes! This unique approach has been used by KeepTraK for over 20 years. |
