We sell the program by modules so the cost is between $399 and $3695 depending on what your needs are (see below if you would like further description).

Here is a more detailed explanation of each module. Please contact us if you would like additional information:
PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE MODULE: For maintenance and/or tasks that will be repeated on some basis. (ie. Calendar, Hours, Miles or Cycles) This Module is for a single user license on one computer and will run from the C:KeepTraK folder unless the Multi-User and Network module is purchased.
MAINTENANCE REQUESTS AND LOGS MODULE: For work orders, unscheduled maintenance, emergencies, or just to track tasks and work. This Module is for a single user license on one computer and will run from the C:KeepTraK folder unless the Multi-User and Network module is purchased.
PARTS INVENTORY MODULE: For keeping track of parts, quantities on hand, re-order point, purchase ordering, vendors, locations and descriptions and costs of parts etc. This Module is for a single user license on one computer and will run from the C:KeepTraK folder unless the Multi-User and Network module is purchased.
MULTI_USER AND NETWORK MODULE (1 to 3 COMPUTERS): This allows the user to connect up to 3 (three) computers (FE – Front-End) to one common BE – Back-end. Also the program and data do not need to reside in the C:\KeepTraK folder.
MULTI_USER AND NETWORK MODULE: This allows the user to connect more than one computer (FE – Front-End) to one common BE – Back-end. Also the program and data do not need to reside in the C:\KeepTraK folder. This allows for multiple users to be using KeepTraK software simultaneously.
USERS AND PERMISSIONS MODULE: When activated the program requires a user to logon. You can then give each logon user settings and permissions you desire.
